Spring Fly Fishing Casting Clinic with Patagonia NYC and Freestone Expeditions - Saturday, May 11th, 2019

Ever wanted to learn how to fly fish?

We've partnered with Patagonia NYC and Freestone Expeditions for a free fly fishing casting clinic in Brooklyn's beautiful Prospect Park on Saturday, May 11th, 2019, from 12PM - 4PM.

Fisher Guiding co-founder Edward Hill (Fly Fish NYC) and Fisher Guiding guide partner Owen Dolan of Freestone Expeditions will be running small group clinics throughout the day while Patagonia serves up salmon snacks from their Provisions line. Plus, they'll have a Patagonia Action Works table nearby to fill you in on all the important environmental work going down in your area.

We'll have some rods in tow - with strings as hooks (safety first) - so don't worry about bringing along gear.

We encourage all who are interested to RSVP at this link so that you will be contacted if the clinic needs to be postponed because of weather (but you are welcome even if you do not RSVP).

We'll be meeting just south of the Tennis House in the Long Meadow. This is across West Drive from the Bandshell. See map of the park here. Head to the Tennis House and then look for the Patagonia table.

See you at the park!
